Clovis the Attack Cat saves the day in this weird vision from Stephen King.

Our story begins when we meet Charles Brady (Brian Krause) and his mommy-lover Mary (Alice Krige). They are energy vampire bipedal werecats. Yes, you read that right. Their greatest weakness? Felis Catus also known as cute little kitty cats. Living a nomadic life, the two end up in the small Indiana town of Travis.

In Travis, Charles meets Tanya Robertson (Mädchen Amick) who quickly becomes the vampire bipedal werecat's next target. He also runs awry of the town's Deputy sherriff, Andy Simpson (Dan Martin), and his loyal attack cat: Clovis (Sparks). Will Clovis save the stupid humans of Travis, Indiana? Find out in: Sleepwalkers!

This movie is a real oddity. It's got that kind of small-town weirdness so often seen in the King-a-verse. I enjoyed seeing a cat being the hero of a horror film for once. There are also some decent gore effects to be enjoyed.

Keep your eyes peeled for the cameos from Mark Hamill, Clive Barker, John Landis, Joe Dante, and of course, Mr. King himself.

Clovis will have his revenge!
