A sleepy Canadian entry to the Amityville saga that only has a tangential connection to the rest.

A couple buys a house near the infamous Amityville house and spooky things start to happen (it's not even the iconic house, come on!).

Snooze-town, but in that oddly endearing Canadian made-for-TV way. Something you would end up watching when home with the flu. It felt like an episode of Are You Afraid of the Dark? but for adults. Even the moronic characters are strangely endearing. Or maybe I'm just a biased Canadian Millennial. Anyway, it does pick up a little at the end, but not to a level that would make this a must-see.

I wish I was watching The Exorcist.

The ending might wake you up from your nap.

Why you should watch:

  • You really love that 90s Canadian TV feeling.
  • You're sick/hungover and just need some background noise.

Why you Shouldn't Watch:

  • You don't want a movie that will put you to sleep.
